Teton Springs Lodge & Spa (Victor, ID) has named Elisa Marcial as spa manager of Stillwaters Spa. She most recently served as spa director at the Energy Oasis Health Club and Day Spa (Richmond, GA), where she was responsible for creating the spa menu and signature treatments.

Bio-Therapeutic has appointed Sallie Deitz to its Education Development team. She comes to Bio-Therapeutic with more than 24 years of esthetic experience, spending the last 12 years managing and facilitating services at the Center for Facial and Plastic Laser Surgery in Bellingham, WA.

Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa (Corona, CA) has appointed Jim Root as president. Root brings with him more than 30 years of spa and hospitality experience and has been a member of ISPA since 1993. In his new role, he will be responsible for all day-to-day operations at the company's four locations.

Star Nail International has promoted Ann Marie Reaves to assistant director of education. She has been an educator for the company for almost nine years, has an extensive background in the nail industry, and is a licensed cosmetologist.

The Lodge at Woodloch (Hawley, PA) has appointed Melisa Novick as director of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Woodloch, Novick served as director of sales and marketing for Trump International Hotel & Tower (New York City).
